CARRIER NEUTRAL · OVER 150 CARRIERS NATIONWIDE
Independent telecom advisory for business internet and phone
No more telecom headaches.
Moving, opening a location, or fixing something that broke? We have advised companies on their voice and data since 1993. There is never a cost for our services.
Top brands trust us

Why companies use an advisor instead of calling carriers
Eliminate the pressure of quota-based salespeople
We have no quotas to fill, so our recommendations are unbiased. Nobody here needs you to sign this month.
Gain access to over 150 carrier options
Which carriers reach you is a street-level question. Cogent may serve your address with dedicated fiber while Verizon is the better fit around the corner. We check before we quote.
Secure a single point of contact
We’re a One-Stop-Shop, meaning no finger pointing and fewer headaches for you. Install dates, permits, escalations. You call us, not an 800 number.
We'll tell you when something is not worth doing
Including our own recommendation. If the better product is wrong for you, you hear it first. If it is not worth doing, we say so upfront.
Four things companies call us about
Business Internet and Fiber
- Fiber, cable, and dedicated internet
- Checked address by address across over 150 carriers
- Which carriers reach you differs street by street
- We check availability before we quote
Business Phone and VoIP
- Internet based phone service, what most people call VoIP or UCaaS
- Calls, texts, voicemail transcription and call recording in one place
- Keep your existing numbers
- Desk phone, computer and cell phone at the same time
Multi-Location Consolidation
- Internet, phone, cell phone bills, hotspots and Starlink
- Every location brought onto one bill
- One number to call for all of it
- A portal that flags a line going down
Contact Center Software with AI
- Contact center software for teams that live on the phone
- AI built in, and we think it should be exposed rather than buried
- Call routing, queues, call recording and reporting that shows what actually happened
- Quoted alongside the phone system, not separately
Five reasons a business calls us
Something moved, something broke, or a bill changed.
Moving offices and need it live on day one?
Fiber runs 20 to 30 days, and longer if the building needs construction work. Call before you sign the lease, not after.
Line went down twice this month?
A second line from a different carrier keeps the phones and the card readers running. Cellular, fiber or Starlink, whichever actually reaches you.
Bill jumped and nobody can explain it?
Carriers reset the introductory rate in month 13, usually by 20 to 30 percent. Call us and we’ll tell you what that service costs at market rate today.
Locked into a contract you regret?
If you’re with RingCentral, Vonage, Nextiva or anyone else, we can often cover your Zoom phone service until that contract runs out. Up to 24 months. You can move now without paying twice.
- Up to 24 months of contract cover
- Keep your existing numbers
- No overlap, no paying for two systems
More locations than you can keep track of?
One of our retail clients had 300 separate bills from 300 different carriers. We got them onto one bill from one provider, one number to call, and one portal covering every location, so a line going down shows up as a notification instead of a phone call from a store manager.
Not sure which one is you?
Tell us what changed and we’ll tell you what your options actually are. There is never a cost for our services.
A family business sourcing voice and data since 1993
- Chuck Abadi founded the Abadi Group in 1993, selling long distance
- Long distance became local phone, then voice circuits, then internet
- We've sold every one of them and watched every one get replaced
- That is why we are not biased toward any particular service provider
- Abraham Abadi is Director of Partner Programs and runs the accounts today
- Carrier neutral across over 150 carriers, with no quota on any of them
What working with us costs you
Nothing
No fee and no retainer. The availability check and the quotes aren’t billed to you. There is never a cost for our services.
The same as going direct, usually less
You pay the carrier for the service itself, the same as you would going direct, and usually less. Thanks to our large client base, our carriers give us access to special pricing and promos that you just can’t get elsewhere.
All of it
The availability check, the quotes, the order, the install date and every trouble ticket after that. One price for all of it, and the price is nothing.
You pay the carrier for the service. You pay us nothing.
What is included in our service
- We find out which carriers actually reach your address
- Quotes from every carrier that reaches you
- Order placement with the carrier
- Install and technician coordination
- Escalation with carrier management when something breaks
An example, and the times we tell you to stay put
A partner called us about a client in New York City paying $1,500 for 100 Mbps fiber, who’d already signed to upgrade to 1 GIG at $2,700 and had been waiting six months for an install date. We got both cancelled and found a quality carrier for the 1 GIG at $1,000 a month, saving them $1,700 a month. Sometimes the answer is that your current line is fine and you should keep it. You’ll hear that too.
How we do it
Four steps. You send the bill. We do the other three.
Send us your bill for analysis
No complicated forms. Forward the bill you already have. It tells us the service address, the carrier and what you are paying, so you do not need to know what to ask for.
We check which carriers actually reach you
Availability changes street by street. We check your service address against over 150 carriers nationwide before anyone quotes you a price.
We analyze and quote your options
We use proprietary pricing software, updated in real time, then narrow the results to the two or three options worth considering. If one carries a construction cost, a long lead time, or a rate that jumps at renewal, you hear it before you decide.
We implement and manage the account
You sign one document. We handle the carrier side, the install date, and every trouble ticket after that. We have direct contact with carrier management, so issues get escalated quickly.
Calling carriers direct vs. using an advisor
Working with them
- One network. If it does not reach your address, the conversation is over.
- The rep has a quota to hit this month.
- You pay the carrier.
- When it breaks, you open a ticket and wait in the queue.
- You compare the quotes yourself, one call at a time.
Working with us
- Over 150 carriers, checked against your address.
- No quotas to fill, so our recommendations are unbiased.
- You pay the carrier. You pay us nothing.
- You call us, and we escalate with carrier management.
- Two or three real options, in one email.

The Abadi Group has been instrumental in updating our communications services for our business. The Abadi Group negotiated a better agreement for our internet and phone providers than what we could do independently and continues to be a valuable resource for our telecommunication needs on an ongoing basis. I value the relationship we have and am thankful that it will continue.Posted on Google![]()

We had an outstanding experience working with Abraham throughout a large and complex IT transformation project. He was an invaluable resource from start to finish, assisting with pricing, facilitating communication between our team and multiple vendors, and consistently keeping the project moving forward. What stood out most was his responsiveness and willingness to advocate on our behalf. Whenever we encountered issues or needed troubleshooting support from a vendor, he was proactive about getting the right people involved, following up, and making sure problems did not stall progress. He helped simplify communication, provided valuable guidance, and made the entire process significantly easier to manage. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner throughout the project. His professionalism, reliability, and commitment to ensuring things were handled correctly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to any organization looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable telecommunications advisor.Posted on Google![]()

Abraham is one of the best in the business. He's always available and very quick to respond. He's helped my clients out in many time-sensitive situations and never interferes with my sales.
How long it takes
How long cable and fiber take to install, once the order goes in.
IT companies: bring us the circuit, keep the client.
Your client needs a circuit. That’s not what you sell. They sign a lease and need internet in six weeks, or their line goes down twice in a month and they ask you for a backup. It’s your name on it either way, and none of it is billable. Send us the client’s bill or their service address. We check it across over 150 carriers and come back with real options, and you stay copied on every email.
- We sell carrier services only. No managed IT, no help desk, no endpoints.
- Your client stays your client, and you stay copied on every email.
- We have no reason to compete with you, and we never have.
“The Abadi Group is my only call when it comes to providing clients with all their internet and phone services.” Brian Lerch, February 2022

Common questions
How long does business internet take to install?
Cable can be live in a few days once the order goes in. Fiber runs 20 to 30 days, and longer where the building needs construction work. You hear the date before you sign, not after.
What areas do you serve?
We source carriers in all 50 states and have accounts in every one of them. Most of our work is nationwide rather than local.
Why did my business internet bill go up after 12 months?
Carriers reset the introductory rate in month 13, usually by 20 to 30 percent. Send us the bill and we’ll tell you what that same service costs at market today.
What happens to my phones when the internet goes down?
With a second line from a different carrier they keep working. Cellular, fiber or Starlink, whichever actually reaches your building.
Make your next telecommunications decision the right one
Most offices are still paying for a line somebody sold them years ago. Call us with your current bill in front of you and we’ll compare fiber, cable and dedicated access against each other, then put the number next to what you’re paying now.
