Business phone and VoIP, ported and cut over without losing a call
Your numbers come with you. So does the call flow.
Adding people, outgrowing what you have, or waiting a week for a simple routing change? A new system can be live the same day, or within a few days. Porting your numbers takes 7 to 15 days, on a day and a time you pick. There is never a cost for our services.
Top brands trust us

Five reasons a business calls us about phones
Something moved, something broke, or a phone bill changed.
Still on a system nobody supports?
Most people call it VoIP, some call it UCaaS. Either way it puts calls, texts, voicemail transcription and recording in one place, on any device.
Phone bill bigger than the quote you signed?
One large provider runs 35 percent in taxes and fees on top, for a feature set that is not better. We price the line item, not the headline seat price.
Moving and need the phones live on day one?
Numbers have to be ported and porting runs on its own clock. Start it thirty days out or you move in with internet and no phones.
Locked into a contract you regret?
If you are with RingCentral, Vonage, Nextiva or anyone else, we can often cover your service until that contract runs out, so you move now instead of waiting.
- Up to 24 months of contract cover
- Keep your existing numbers
- No overlap, no paying for two systems
Adding people faster than you can add phones?
Desk phone, laptop and cell ringing together, seats added without rebuilding anything. Get it right before you hire the next ten people.
Not sure which one is you?
Send us your current phone bill and we will tell you what you are actually paying for. There is never a cost for our services.
What you're actually buying when you move to VoIP
Cloud voice and UCaaS
- One unified system, not a pile of separate products
- Voice is the foundation, with video meetings, team chat and business texting in the same system
- Desk phone, computer and cell phone, all on your number
- About $180 a month plus taxes and fees for ten people, physical phones included
Advanced call handling and contact center
- Queues, ring groups, business hours and after hours routing
- Call recording
- Reporting that finally shows a manager where a call came from, and how it got handled
- Built for teams that live on the phone
AI receptionists and voice agents
- An AI receptionist answers and routes in real time, day or night
- Good fit when missed calls cost you money and the team is stretched thin
- Quoted alongside the phone service, not as a separate project
- It isn't right for every office. If yours is one of them, we'll tell you upfront
Porting, phones and the rest of it
- Number porting, so you keep every number you already advertise
- Desk phones and headsets
- eFax, plus the fax lines, alarms and door phones nobody remembers until cutover day
- CRM integrations, implementation, staff training and support after you're live
Why companies buy phones through an advisor instead of signing with one provider
Every platform’s rep is paid to close their own platform. We quote the phone system and the internet line under it together, across every supplier that reaches your address, instead of running them as two separate projects.
- Eliminate the pressure of quota-based salespeople. The seat count and the feature set match what you actually use.
- Gain access to over 150 carrier options. The phone system and the circuit get quoted as one job.
- Secure a single point of contact. No finger pointing between the phone company and the internet company on cutover day.
- We'll tell you when something is not worth doing. Including moving at all, if your current system works and the price is fair.
There is never a cost for our services.

The Abadi Group has been instrumental in updating our communications services for our business. The Abadi Group negotiated a better agreement for our internet and phone providers than what we could do independently and continues to be a valuable resource for our telecommunication needs on an ongoing basis. I value the relationship we have and am thankful that it will continue.Posted on Google![]()

We had an outstanding experience working with Abraham throughout a large and complex IT transformation project. He was an invaluable resource from start to finish, assisting with pricing, facilitating communication between our team and multiple vendors, and consistently keeping the project moving forward. What stood out most was his responsiveness and willingness to advocate on our behalf. Whenever we encountered issues or needed troubleshooting support from a vendor, he was proactive about getting the right people involved, following up, and making sure problems did not stall progress. He helped simplify communication, provided valuable guidance, and made the entire process significantly easier to manage. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner throughout the project. His professionalism, reliability, and commitment to ensuring things were handled correctly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to any organization looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable telecommunications advisor.Posted on Google![]()

We will tell you what you are actually paying for
Forward the phone bill you already have. It names the service address, the provider and the seats, so nobody has to go hunting. We will put the real number next to it. There is never a cost for our services.
How we do it
Four steps. You send the bill. We do the other three.
Send us your bill for analysis
No complicated forms. Forward the phone bill you already have. It shows us the carrier, the numbers on the account, and how many extensions you’re paying for. So you don’t need to know what to ask for.
We map how your calls move today
Who answers, what happens after hours, where a call goes when the first person is busy. Then we hunt down the fax line, the alarm and the door phone. Call recording too, and anyone working from home. Those get missed. Missing them is what turns a cutover into a bad week.
We quote the platforms that fit how you take calls
Two or three real options, priced per extension. The hardware and the apps are already in that number. Say one of them locks you in longer than you want, or overlaps a contract you’re still paying. You hear it from us before you sign.
We port the numbers and run the cutover
Porting takes 7 to 15 days, and it has to be scheduled. We pick the day and the time with you. We check the internet and the firewall. We make sure the equipment arrives configured the way it should be. Everything gets tested before the cutover. Then we train your staff. After you’re live we stay on the account, and we have direct contact with carrier management, so issues get escalated quickly.
A family business sourcing voice and data since 1993
- Chuck Abadi founded the Abadi Group in 1993, selling long distance
- Long distance became local phone, then voice circuits, then internet
- We've sold every one of them and watched every one get replaced
- That is why we are not biased toward any particular service provider
- Abraham Abadi is Director of Partner Programs and runs the accounts today
- Carrier neutral across over 150 carriers, with no quota on any of them
Compare over 150 Voice and Data service providers
AT&T, Comcast Business, Spectrum, Lumen, Zayo, Frontier, Optimum, Astound and Ziply all sit on this list, alongside carriers that don’t advertise to small businesses at all. Which of them actually reaches your building is the part we check for you.

Common questions
Can I switch providers and keep the same phone number?
Yes. The numbers are yours, and they come with you. We file the port with your current carrier. The cutover gets scheduled with you, so nothing moves on a day you didn’t pick.
How long does number porting usually take?
7 to 15 days. It gets scheduled for a day and a time that works for you, so it doesn’t happen on its own. Not porting anything? A new system can be live the same day, or inside a few days.
What are the disadvantages of porting a number?
Two things. Waiting, and paying for numbers you don’t need. The port runs on the losing carrier’s clock, not yours. And every number you carry over is a number you keep paying for. We go through the list with you first, and cut the ones nobody dials.
Why would a phone number port take longer than expected?
Usually the account name, address, PIN or account number doesn’t exactly match the carrier’s records. Or the losing carrier rejects the request, or answers slowly. Numbers inside a larger group, a bundle or a different underlying carrier take longer. So do accounts with pending orders, freezes or recent changes. Toll free, fax and analog numbers each run their own process. Multiple locations or large blocks of numbers need a coordinated cutover. Sometimes the install date you want simply doesn’t line up with the carrier’s available porting date.
How much does a phone system cost for a small business?
$18 to $20 per month per extension. A ten person office runs about $180 a month plus taxes and fees, with the physical phones included.
Get the phones right before you hire the next ten people
Most offices pay for extensions nobody uses, on a call flow somebody set up years ago. Send us your phone bill. We’ll tell you what you’re paying per extension, what a move would cost, and what the port looks like on a calendar. Contract still has months on it? If the overlap costs more than the move saves, we’ll tell you that too. There is never a cost for our services.
