MULTI-LOCATION · CARRIER NEUTRAL SINCE 1993
Independent telecom advisory for multi-location businesses
One number to call. Every location.
Opening sites, closing sites, or holding more bills than you have locations? We've sourced voice and data across all 50 states since 1993. There is never a cost for our services.
Top brands trust us

Why multi-location businesses use an advisor instead of calling carriers
No quota, so no pressure to move a site that's fine
A carrier rep is paid to close what that carrier sells. Sometimes the incumbent at one of your sites is already the right answer, and you’ll hear that from us.
Over 150 carriers, checked at every address you run
Availability is a street-level question, and it changes site by site. The carrier that serves your flagship may not reach the store two towns over. We check each address before anyone quotes.
One number to call for every location
No finger pointing between the internet company and the phone company, and no working out which vendor covers which site. It all comes back to us.
We'll tell you which sites to leave alone
We once flagged a $2,000 extension fee on a fiber build with another $2,500 behind it, and moved that client to the cheaper option instead. Consolidation is not always the answer.
Four things multi-location businesses call us about
Business Internet and Fiber
- Fiber, cable and dedicated internet at every site
- Checked address by address, not by zip code
- What reaches one store may not reach the next
- We confirm availability before anyone quotes
Business Phone and VoIP
- One phone platform across every location
- Calls, texts, voicemail and recording in one place
- Keep the numbers each site already has
- Add a location without rebuilding the system
Multi-Location Consolidation
- Internet, phone, cell bills, hotspots and Starlink
- Every location brought onto one bill
- One number to call for all of it
- A portal that flags a line going down before the store calls you
Contact Center Software with AI
- One contact center across every location, not one per site
- AI built in, and we think it should be exposed rather than buried
- Routing and reporting that show which site missed the call
- Quoted alongside the phone system, not separately
Five reasons a multi-location business calls us
It accumulates one opening at a time, until nobody can say what any site pays.
More bills than you have locations?
One of our retail clients had 300 separate bills from 300 different carriers. Nobody there could say what any single store was paying. We got them onto one bill and one number to call.
Every new location starting from zero?
A lease gets signed and somebody works out carrier availability, install dates and equipment for that one address, all over again. We already have the answer for most addresses.
No two contracts ending in the same month?
So there’s never a clean moment to renegotiate, and every renewal gets handled in isolation by whoever happens to catch it.
Bills jumping site by site?
Carriers reset the introductory rate in month 13, usually by 20 to 30 percent. Across twelve sites that lands twelve different months. Send us one bill and we’ll show you the pattern.
- We read the bill line by line, not the summary page
- You see what that site should pay at market
- No cost, and no obligation to move anything
A store offline and the card readers dead?
A second line from a different carrier keeps the registers running. Cellular, fiber or Starlink, whichever actually reaches that building.
Not sure which one is you?
Pick any location, send us the bill, and we’ll tell you what that site should be paying. There is never a cost for our services.
A family business sourcing voice and data since 1993
- Chuck Abadi founded the Abadi Group in 1993, selling long distance
- Long distance became local phone, then voice circuits, then internet
- We've sold every one of them and watched every one get replaced
- That is why we are not biased toward any particular service provider
- Abraham Abadi is Director of Partner Programs and runs the accounts today
- Carrier neutral across over 150 carriers, with no quota on any of them
How it works across locations
Four steps. You send one bill. We do the other three.
Send us one location's bill
No complicated forms. Pick any site and forward the bill you already have. One bill tells us enough to show you the pattern across the rest.
We inventory what you have, site by site
Every circuit, every line, every location and what each one costs, checked against over 150 carriers nationwide. Most teams have never seen it on one page.
We consolidate where it helps and leave it alone where it doesn't
We use pricing software updated in real time. Sometimes the incumbent at one site is already right, and you’ll hear that from us rather than a pitch.
We place the orders and stay on the estate
You sign once. We handle each carrier, each install date and every trouble ticket after that, with direct contact into carrier management.
Managing carriers yourself vs. using an advisor
Managing it yourself
- One vendor per site, and a different contract date on each.
- Every rep has a quota to hit this month.
- Every new opening starts from zero all over again.
- When a site goes down, that store calls you first.
- Nobody tells you when an introductory rate ends.
Handing it to us
- Over 150 carriers, checked at each address you run.
- No quotas here, so we'll say when a site should stay put.
- Every location on one bill where it helps.
- One number to call, and we escalate with carrier management.
- You pay the carriers. You pay us nothing.

The Abadi Group has been instrumental in updating our communications services for our business. The Abadi Group negotiated a better agreement for our internet and phone providers than what we could do independently and continues to be a valuable resource for our telecommunication needs on an ongoing basis. I value the relationship we have and am thankful that it will continue.Posted on Google![]()

We had an outstanding experience working with Abraham throughout a large and complex IT transformation project. He was an invaluable resource from start to finish, assisting with pricing, facilitating communication between our team and multiple vendors, and consistently keeping the project moving forward. What stood out most was his responsiveness and willingness to advocate on our behalf. Whenever we encountered issues or needed troubleshooting support from a vendor, he was proactive about getting the right people involved, following up, and making sure problems did not stall progress. He helped simplify communication, provided valuable guidance, and made the entire process significantly easier to manage. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner throughout the project. His professionalism, reliability, and commitment to ensuring things were handled correctly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to any organization looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable telecommunications advisor.Posted on Google![]()

Common questions
How long does business internet take to install at a new location?
Cable is a few days once the order goes in. Fiber runs 20 to 30 days, and longer if the building needs construction work. Order it before the lease is signed.
Do you service locations outside New Jersey?
Yes. We source carriers in all 50 states. We service brands running from 10 locations to several hundred.
Can you get every location onto one bill?
Often, yes. Sometimes the incumbent at one site is already the right answer, and you’ll hear that from us too.
What happens to a location when its internet goes down?
With a second line from a different carrier it keeps trading. We escalate with carrier management, so you’re not on hold with an 800 number.
Make your next telecommunications decision the right one
Most chains are still paying for lines somebody sold them years ago, site by site. Pick any location, call us with the bill in front of you, and we’ll tell you what it should cost. There is never a cost for our services.
