LAW FIRMS · CARRIER NEUTRAL SINCE 1993
Independent telecom advisory for law firms
No more telecom headaches at the firm.
Opening an office, moving one, or staring at a bill that jumped? We've advised law firms on their voice and data since 1993, and we service over 60 of them. There is never a cost for our services.
Top brands trust us

Why law firms use an advisor instead of calling carriers
Nobody here has a quota to hit this month
A carrier rep is paid to close what that carrier sells. We aren’t, so what the firm hears is what actually fits it.
Over 150 carriers, checked at the firm's address
Availability is a street-level question. Cogent may serve your building with dedicated fiber while Verizon is the better fit around the corner. We check before anyone quotes a price.
One number to call when something breaks
No finger pointing between the internet company and the phone company. Install dates, number porting, outages and billing all come back to us.
We'll tell the firm when something isn't worth doing
We once flagged a $2,000 extension fee on a fiber build with another $2,500 sitting behind it, and moved that client to the cheaper option instead.
Four things law firms call us about
Business Internet and Fiber
- Fiber, cable and dedicated internet for the office
- Checked at the firm's street address, not the zip code
- What reaches your building can differ from the one next door
- We confirm availability before anyone quotes
Business Phone and VoIP
- The phone system, what most people now call VoIP or UCaaS
- Call recording and voicemail transcription for the file
- Keep the firm's existing numbers
- Desk phone, laptop and cell ringing together
More Than One Office
- Internet, phone and cell bills across every office
- Every office brought onto one bill
- One number to call for all of it
- A portal that flags a line going down
Contact Center Software with AI
- Intake that answers after hours, not Monday morning
- AI built in, and we think it should be exposed rather than buried
- Routing, queues and recording that show what actually happened
- Quoted alongside the phone system, not separately
Five reasons a law firm calls us
Something moved, something broke, or a bill changed.
A caller with a case reaching you three days late?
The message sits overnight and the callback goes out Monday. A contact center with AI answers every call, takes the intake, and routes the urgent ones to a person.
Moving the firm and need it live on day one?
Fiber runs 20 to 30 days, and longer if the building needs construction work. Call before you sign the lease, not after.
Phone bill jumped and nobody can explain it?
Carriers reset the introductory rate in month 13, usually by 20 to 30 percent. Send us the bill and we’ll tell you what’s actually on it.
Locked into a contract you regret?
If you’re with RingCentral, Vonage or Nextiva, we can often cover your service until the old agreement runs out. Move now instead of waiting.
- Up to 24 months of contract cover
- Keep your existing numbers
- No overlap, no paying for two systems
More offices than you can keep track of?
One of our clients had 300 separate bills from 300 different carriers. We got them onto one bill, one provider, one number to call. A firm with four offices is the same problem, smaller.
Not sure which one is you?
Tell us what changed at the firm and we’ll tell you what your options actually are. There is never a cost for our services.
A family business sourcing voice and data since 1993
- Chuck Abadi founded the Abadi Group in 1993, selling long distance
- Long distance became local phone, then voice circuits, then internet
- We've sold every one of them and watched every one get replaced
- That is why we are not biased toward any particular service provider
- Abraham Abadi is Director of Partner Programs and runs the accounts today
- Carrier neutral across over 150 carriers, with no quota on any of them
How it works for a firm
Four steps. The firm sends the bill. We do the other three.
Send us the firm's bill
No complicated forms. Forward the bill you already have. It names the service address, the carrier and what you’re paying, so nobody at the firm has to go hunting for it.
We check which carriers reach the office
Availability changes street by street. We check the firm’s service address against over 150 carriers nationwide before anyone quotes a price.
We analyze and quote the options
We use pricing software updated in real time, then narrow it to the two or three options worth the firm’s time. If one carrier is clearly wrong for you, we say so.
We place the order and stay on the account
You sign one document. We handle the carrier side, the install date and every trouble ticket after that, with direct contact into carrier management.
Calling a carrier direct vs. using an advisor
Calling the carrier yourself
- One network. If it doesn't reach the office, the conversation is over.
- The rep has a quota to hit this month.
- You compare the quotes yourself, one call at a time.
- When it breaks, you open a ticket and wait in the queue.
- Nobody tells you when the introductory rate ends.
Sending it to us
- Over 150 carriers, checked against the firm's address.
- No quotas here, so the recommendation is unbiased.
- Two or three real options, in one email.
- You call us, and we escalate with carrier management.
- You pay the carrier. You pay us nothing.

The Abadi Group has been instrumental in updating our communications services for our business. The Abadi Group negotiated a better agreement for our internet and phone providers than what we could do independently and continues to be a valuable resource for our telecommunication needs on an ongoing basis. I value the relationship we have and am thankful that it will continue.Posted on Google![]()

We had an outstanding experience working with Abraham throughout a large and complex IT transformation project. He was an invaluable resource from start to finish, assisting with pricing, facilitating communication between our team and multiple vendors, and consistently keeping the project moving forward. What stood out most was his responsiveness and willingness to advocate on our behalf. Whenever we encountered issues or needed troubleshooting support from a vendor, he was proactive about getting the right people involved, following up, and making sure problems did not stall progress. He helped simplify communication, provided valuable guidance, and made the entire process significantly easier to manage. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner throughout the project. His professionalism, reliability, and commitment to ensuring things were handled correctly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to any organization looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable telecommunications advisor.Posted on Google![]()

Common questions
How long does business internet take to install at a new office?
Cable is a few days once the order goes in. Fiber runs 20 to 30 days, and longer if the building needs construction work. Order it before you sign the lease, not after.
Do you service firms outside New Jersey?
Yes. We source carriers in all 50 states, and most of our work is nationwide rather than local.
Why did the firm's internet bill go up after 12 months?
Carriers reset the introductory rate in month 13, usually by 20 to 30 percent. Send us the bill and we’ll tell you what that service costs at market.
What happens to the phones when the internet goes down?
With a second line from a different carrier they keep working. Cellular, fiber or Starlink, whichever actually reaches your building.
Make your next telecommunications decision the right one
Most firms are still paying for a line somebody sold them years ago. Call us with the bill in front of you and we’ll tell you what it should cost. One firm we service runs at $2,100 a month across voice and data, another is a small practice at $200 a month, and neither one pays us anything.
